Cara menghapus akun Auditgo
Halaman ini menjelaskan langkah menghapus akun produk Auditgo. Situs perusahaan TomTech tidak memiliki akun pengguna. Kebijakan privasi lengkap ada di Kebijakan Privasi.
Kami tidak menjual data pribadi Anda.
- Kirim permintaan penghapusan. Kirim permintaan ke support@tomtech.id, lewat halaman Kebijakan Privasi, atau email yang tertera di listing Play Store Auditgo. Sebutkan bahwa Anda ingin menghapus akun Auditgo.
- Kami memverifikasi kepemilikan akun. Kami memastikan permintaan itu berasal dari pemilik akun sebelum data dihapus.
- Kami menghapus akun dan data pribadi terkait. Setelah verifikasi, kami menghapus akun beserta data pribadi terkait: profil, keanggotaan, serta inspeksi/foto yang terikat pada pengguna itu.
- Jika Anda owner organisasi. Organisasi harus dialihkan atau dihapus terlebih dahulu sebelum akun owner dapat dihapus.
Setelah permintaan
Setelah verifikasi, kami menghapus data dalam waktu paling lama 30 hari. Cadangan dan log dapat tertinggal sebentar, lalu dibersihkan.
Langganan Play dikelola di Google Play. Pembatalan atau tagihan mengikuti ketentuan Google Play Billing.

How to delete your Auditgo account
This page explains how to delete an Auditgo product account. The TomTech company website does not have user accounts. The full privacy policy is on the Privacy Policy page.
We do not sell your personal data.
- Send a deletion request. Email support@tomtech.id, use the contact on the Privacy Policy page, or the email listed on the Auditgo Play Store listing. State that you want to delete your Auditgo account.
- We verify account ownership. We confirm the request comes from the account owner before any data is deleted.
- We delete the account and related personal data. After verification, we delete the account and related personal data: profile, membership, and inspections/photos tied to that user.
- If you are the organization owner. The organization must be transferred or deleted first before the owner account can be removed.
After you request deletion
After verification, we delete the data within 30 days. Backups/logs may remain briefly, then we purge them.
Play subscription billing is managed in Google Play. Cancellation or charges follow Google Play Billing terms.
